本政策阐述了Atom Aier如何处理您的个人和隐私数据，并申明了Atom Aier对保护隐私的承诺。建议您阅读本政策，充分了解Atom Aier特定产品或服务的隐私政策。
特别提示：由于设备系统版本存在差别，服务功能配置可能存在差异。以下列举的服务内容中，特定机型上可能暂未配备其中的部分功能，具体请以实际配置为准；信息收集、使用等所有规则内容，仅对向您提供的具体服务功能生效。
（一）我们会如何使用您的个人数据
个人数据是指在单独使用或结合其他信息使用时能够确定个人身份的信息。此类数据会在您使用Atom Aier产品或服务时被收集，包括性别、出生日期、帐号、照片以及访问产品或服务的位置和日期。Atom Aier仅会出于本政策所述目的收集和使用您的个人数据。
下文举例说明了我们可能收集的个人数据以及我们如何使用此类数据：
（1）我们收集的个人数据
关于您的资料：我们可能会收集和使用账号、头像、昵称、性别、时区、语言及地区数据。
手机信息：当您使用Atom Aier时，我们需要取得您的手机操作系统版本及移动手机品牌型号。
设备记录数据：当您使用Atom Aier同步设备数据时，我们会记录个人资料，包括但不限于活动信息、睡眠、心率、血氧饱和度、体温。
连接运动健康设备时：
若您使用的是iPhone手机，为了计算活动消耗量，经过您的授权，我们将从苹果公司的Health Kit接收并向其发送您的运动数据。同时您在"Atom Aier"App生成的运动及健康数据将与苹果公司的Health Kit同步。任何通过使用Health Kit而获得的信息，如计步和心率数据等，将不会分享或销售给任何第三方，包括广告商及其他代理商。我们将不会使用Health Kit的信息用于市场、广告及类似服务中。
手机信息：当您使用Atom Aier时，我们需要取得您的手机操作系统版本及移动手机品牌型号。
手机号码：当您注册Atom Aier时，账号可能会收集您的手机号码。
Email邮箱：当您注册Atom Aier时，账号可能会收集您的Email邮箱。
网络使用数据：我们可能会收集与Atom Aier特定功能相关的网络类型、网络讯号等。
位置数据：当您使用基于位置的程序服务或功能时，我们可能会收集您的位置数据。
日志信息：当您浏览Atom Aier服务器时，我们的服务器将自动记录若干记录数据，包括但不限于：IP地址、浏览器类型、浏览器语言、参考源页面、操作系统、时间戳和点击流数据。

主动提交的信息：当您使用用户反馈时，您可能需要向我们提供反馈信息，填写联系方式(包括邮箱和联系电话)我手机上述信息以便解决您的问题提供更好服务。
（2）我们会如何使用个人资料
收集个人资料旨在向您提供服务及/或产品，我们亦受适用的法律规定要符合法规。您谨此同意本公司出于本隐私政策列明之目的向附属公司 (通讯、社交媒体、科技及云端业务)、第三方服务供货商 (定义见下文) 处理及披露个人资料。
我们可能会就以下目的使用您的个人资料：

（4）基于位置的服务
在访问某些基于位置的服务时（例如执行蓝牙设备搜索），我们会收集、使用并处理您设备的准确位置或模糊位置。我们需要这些位置信息才能提供上述服务。我们会收集您设备的设备类型、型号和实时位置数据（通过 GPS、WLAN 和服务提供商的网络 ID 获取）。我们收集位置数据的目的在于提供和改善基于位置的产品和服务。我们会询问您要为哪些应用程序启用基于位置的服务。您可选择关闭设备上基于位置的服务，拒绝共享您的位置数据。如需详细了解如何禁用基于位置的服务，请联系您的网络运营商。

创建您的账号：您填写的手机号码，个人资料等信息会用于协助您创建账号并使用相关服务。
意见反馈：我们会通过您在意见反馈时填写的收集号码信息与您取得联系，进行用户调研和回访。
（6）权限设备调用
Atom Aier在提供本服务过程中，可能会调用您的一些设备权限。以下是我们可能调用的权限以及其所对应的功能说明和目的。
(1) 蓝牙权限：为了连接、绑定您的智能穿戴设备，并支持消息同步等功能。
(2) 联网权限：为了判断您所处的网络环境，并使用部分需联网的功能。
(3) 位置权限：为了提供以位置为基础的服务，如绑定蓝牙智能戒指时进行蓝牙设备搜索等。
(4) 健身权限：为了提供计步与步数信息展示；如您需将设备数据（包括步数）同步至Google Fit，需授权该权限。
(5) 存储权限：为了存储本地数据，提供应用服务功能、满足内容存储需求。
以上权限，您可以通过"系统设置-应用与权限-权限管理"路径对具体权限进行设置。
（二）我们会如何使用 Cookie 和同类技术
（1）Cookie

（三）我们会如何披露您的个人数据

撤回同意权：您有权撤回对使用您个人信息的同意。每个业务功能需要的个人信息才能完成，您可以通过删除信息、关闭设备权限设置，更改相关产品功能或功能设置页面、注销账号等方式改变您授权我们收集个人信息的范围或撤回您的授权。
（五）我们会如何保护您的个人数据
我们重视个人数据的安全。我们采取业内标准做法来保护您的个人数据，防止数据遭到未经授权访问、披露、使用、修改、损坏或丢失。我们会采取一切合理可行的措施，保护您的个人数据。例如，我们会使用加密技术确保数据的机密性；我们会使用受信赖的保护机制防止数据遭到恶意攻击；我们会部署访问控制机制，确保只有授权人员才可访问个人数据；以及我们会举办安全和隐私保护培训课程，加强员工对于保护个人数据重要性的认识。
我们会采取一切合理可行的措施，确保未收集无关的个人数据。我们只会在达成本政策所述目的所需的期限内保留您的个人数据，除非需要延长保留期或受到法律的允许。我们会尽力保护您的个人数据，但是请注意任何安全措施都无法做到无懈可击。
（六）我们会如何处理儿童的个人数据
我们的产品、和服务主要面向成人。如果没有父母或监护人的同意，儿童不得创建自己的用户帐户。对于经父母同意而收集儿童个人数据的情况，我们只会在受到法律允许、父母或监护人明确同意或者保护儿童所必要的情况下使用或披露此数据。尽管当地法律和习俗对儿童的定义不同，但我们将不满 13 周岁的任何人均视为儿童。
如果我们发现自己在未事先获得可证实的父母同意的情况下收集了儿童的个人数据，则会设法尽快删除相关数据。
（七）我们的第三方提供商及其服务
我们无法控制第三方的隐私和数据保护政策，此类第三方不受到本政策的约束。在向第三方提交个人信息之前，请参见这些第三方的隐私保护政策。
我们与第三方软件包（SDK）服务商的合作
为了实现功能的需要，我们会融合一些功能类的SDK，请您了解，我们不会收集您的个人信息，也不会使用敏感权限。

（八）您的个人数据如何在全球范围转移
我们通过遍布全球的资源和服务器提供产品和服务。这意味着，您的个人数据可能会被转移到您使用产品或服务所在国家/地区境外的其他管辖区，或者受到来自这些管辖区的访问。此类管辖区可能设有不同的数据保护法，甚至未设立相关法律。在此类情况下，我们会确保您的数据得到所有适用法律和法规要求的足够同等保护。

We understand the importance of privacy to you and will do our best to protect your privacy. Please read, understand and agree to this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") before submitting personal or private data to our product Atom Aier.

This Policy explains how Atom Aier processes your personal and privacy data and demonstrates Atom Aier's commitment to protecting privacy. We recommend that you read this Policy to fully understand Atom Aier's privacy policies for specific products or services.
Special Note: Due to differences in device system versions, service function configurations may vary. Among the services listed below, some functions may not yet be available on specific models. Please refer to the actual configuration for details. All rules regarding information collection and use will only be effective for the specific service functions provided to you.
(I) How We Will Use Your Personal Data
Personal data refers to information that can determine personal identity when used alone or in combination with other information. Such data will be collected when you use Atom Aier products or services, including gender, date of birth, account, photos, and the location and date of access to products or services. Atom Aier will only collect and use your personal data for the purposes described in this Policy.
The following are examples of the personal data we may collect and how we use such data:
(1) Personal Data We Collect
Information about you: We may collect and use account, avatar, nickname, gender, time zone, language and region data.
Phone information: When you use Atom Aier, we need to obtain your mobile phone operating system version and mobile phone brand model.
Device record data: When you use Atom Aier to synchronize device data, we will record personal information, including but not limited to activity information, sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and body temperature.
When connecting sports health devices:
If you are using an iPhone, in order to calculate activity consumption, with your authorization, we will receive and send your exercise data from Apple's Health Kit. At the same time, the exercise and health data generated in the "Atom Aier" App will be synchronized with Apple's Health Kit. Any information obtained through the use of Health Kit, such as step count and heart rate data, will not be shared or sold to any third party, including advertisers and other agents. We will not use Health Kit information for marketing, advertising and similar services.
Phone number: When you register for Atom Aier, your account may collect your phone number.
Email address: When you register for Atom Aier, your account may collect your email address.
Network usage data: We may collect network type, network signal, etc. related to specific functions of Atom Aier.
Location data: When you use location-based program services or functions, we may collect your location data.
Log information: When you browse the Atom Aier server, our server will automatically record certain record data, including but not limited to: IP address, browser type, browser language, reference source page, operating system, timestamp and clickstream data.
Device information: When you use Atom Aier to connect to a hardware device, including but not limited to the unique identifier, version and approximate geographical location data (non-personal information) of the device will be transmitted to the server. The above data collection may also apply to your updating system or software, restoring factory settings, etc.
Actively submitted information: When you use user feedback, you may need to provide us with feedback information and fill in contact information (including email and contact phone number) so that we can solve your problems and provide better services.
(2) How We Will Use Personal Data
The collection of personal data is intended to provide you with services and/or products, and we are also required to comply with applicable legal provisions. You hereby agree that the Company processes and discloses personal data to affiliates (communications, social media, technology and cloud business) and third-party service providers (as defined below) for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
We may use your personal data for the following purposes:
Register APP account: Personal information collected through the APP will be used to establish personal accounts and user data pages.
Calculate exercise results: We will use personal body data to accurately calculate exercise results.
Provide Atom Aier services: Will display device data and related data to users.
Determine whether the phone is supported: Phone information will be used to determine whether your phone can use Atom Aier.
Provide network-related services: We will use network type, network signal, etc. to prompt users to download updated versions in different network environments.
Optimize services: We will use record data to improve service quality.
Provide device management: Such data provides management of bound devices.
Improve software stability: Collect fault records to analyze software quality and provide better services.
(3) How We Will Use Your Personal Data
We will use your personal data for the following purposes:
(a) Make changes at your request and provide technical support.
(b) Send you notifications of operating system or application updates and installations.
(c) Provide you with a better user experience and more timely after-sales service.
(d) Conduct internal audits, data analysis and research to improve our products and services.
(e) Analyze business operational efficiency and measure market share.
(f) Improve customer communication and ensure safe and quality services for customers.
(g) Troubleshoot errors when you choose to send us error details.
(h) Synchronize, share and store data you upload or download and data required to perform uploads and downloads.
(i) Improve our loss prevention and anti-fraud programs.
(4) Location-Based Services
When accessing certain location-based services (such as performing Bluetooth device searches), we will collect, use and process the precise or approximate location of your device. We need this location information to provide the above services. We will collect device type, model and real-time location data (obtained through GPS, WLAN and service provider network ID) of your device. We collect location data for the purpose of providing and improving location-based products and services. We will ask you which applications you want to enable location-based services for. You can choose to turn off location-based services on your device and refuse to share your location data. For detailed information on how to disable location-based services, please contact your network operator.
(5) Collection and Use of Non-Identifying Data
Non-identifying data refers to data that cannot be used to determine personal identity. For example, we will collect aggregated statistical data such as visits. We collect this data for the purpose of understanding how users use our products and services. Through this, we can improve our services and better meet customer needs. We may collect, use, process, transfer or disclose non-identifying data for other purposes at our discretion.
Create your account: The mobile phone number and personal information you fill in will be used to help you create an account and use related services.
Feedback: We will contact you through the contact number information you filled in when giving feedback for user research and return visits.
(6) Permission Device Invocation
During the provision of this service, Atom Aier may invoke some of your device permissions. The following are the permissions we may invoke and their corresponding function descriptions and purposes.
(1) Bluetooth permission: To connect and bind your smart wearable device and support functions such as message synchronization.
(2) Network permission: To determine the network environment you are in and use some functions that require network connection.
(3) Location permission: To provide location-based services, such as Bluetooth device search when binding a Bluetooth smart ring.
(4) Fitness permission: To provide step counting and step information display; if you need to synchronize device data (including steps) to Google Fit, you need to authorize this permission.
(5) Storage permission: To store local data, provide application service functions, and meet content storage needs.
For the above permissions, you can set specific permissions through the "System Settings-Apps & Permissions-Permission Management" path.
(II) How We Will Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
(1) Cookies
To ensure the normal operation of the website, we sometimes store small data files called Cookies on mobile devices. A Cookie is a plain text file that a web server stores on a computer or mobile device. The content of a Cookie can only be retrieved or read by the server that created it. Each Cookie is unique to your mobile application. Cookies typically contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. With the help of Cookies, we can store user preference data.
Most Internet service providers enable Cookies for the purpose of improving user experience. With the help of Cookies, we can remember a user's single visit (using session Cookies) or multiple visits (using persistent Cookies). With the help of Cookies, we can save settings such as the language, personal data, and other data of mobile devices. This means that users do not need to reconfigure user preference settings each time they visit. If a mobile device does not use Cookies, the mobile device will treat the user as a new visitor each time the user opens the mobile device. For example, if you have logged into a mobile device and log in again, the device will not recognize you and you will be logged out again.
We will not use Cookies for any purpose other than those described in this policy.
(III) How We Will Disclose Your Personal Data
We will not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we will disclose your personal data in the following circumstances:
3.1 Data synchronization to third parties: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal data with third parties. If you need to share your personal information with third-party devices or platforms, we will share your information (such as: steps, distance, height, weight, heart rate, sleep, calories and other exercise and health data) with third parties according to your requirements. Please read the privacy policies of these third-party devices or platforms, as your activities on third-party devices or platforms will no longer be subject to this privacy agreement.
3.2 Disclosure to authorized partners (hereinafter referred to as "our partners"): Some of our services are provided by our partners. We may share some of your personal data with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. For example, when you purchase our products online, we must share your personal data with logistics service providers to arrange delivery, or arrange for partners to provide services. We will only process your personal data for specific, clear and legitimate purposes, and will only disclose data necessary to provide services. Our partners have no right to use the shared personal data for any other purpose.
3.3 Disclosure based on law or reasonable basis: We may disclose your personal data when required by law, legal proceedings, litigation, or public and government authorities. In certain jurisdictions, if we are involved in reorganization, merger or bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings, your personal data will also be disclosed to the transaction party. We will also disclose your data when there is a reasonable need, such as for the purpose of enforcing terms and conditions and protecting customers.
(IV) Your Rights to Process Your Personal Information
According to our terms and conditions, you can manage your personal data at any time, such as your account information. You should ensure that all personal data submitted is accurate. We will do our best to maintain the accuracy and completeness of personal data and update such data in a timely manner.
You have the right to access your personal data, except for certain legal exceptions. If the privacy and information laws of certain jurisdictions are different, we will comply with these laws. If you want to exercise your data access rights, please provide feedback to us via email. To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request.
You also have the right to delete or modify any personal information about you that we keep. We will delete or modify such information at your request. To make such a request, please send an email to us. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that these requests are deceptive, impractical, or if local law does not provide access rights, we will refuse to process the request.
Account cancellation right: We provide you with the right to cancel your account. You can cancel your account through "My > More APP Settings > Cancel Account". After cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your information as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from the date you submit the deletion request.
Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information. Each business function requires personal information to be completed. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to collect personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, closing device permission settings, changing the relevant product function or function setting page, canceling your account, etc.
(V) How We Will Protect Your Personal Data
We value the security of personal data. We adopt industry standard practices to protect your personal data and prevent data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal data. For example, we will use encryption technology to ensure data confidentiality; we will use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent data from malicious attacks; we will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal data; and we will hold security and privacy protection training courses to strengthen employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal data.
We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that irrelevant personal data is not collected.
